HOW LONG DO THE TREATS LAST?
If unopened, our treats are good for a whole year! Though we'd be shocked if they aren't gobbled up before then!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY GOODIES?
We get it, you're hungry. Most orders are in the mail within 2-3 business days.
WHAT IF THEY JUST AREN'T MY THING?
We know there are just some picky pups out there. If your pup isn't a fan, we'll fully refund any unopened packages. Just pay for the shipping!
WHAT IF I DON'T LIVE IN CANADA?
Look, we love making new friends, but we're still growing! Right now, we only ship within Canada, but we hope to expand soon!
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping is $12 across Canada and $5 local delivery in Kitchener-Waterloo region. For orders over $60, the shipping is on us!
